What is in Socio-economic sciences and humanities (SSH)?
For the period 2007-2013 the European Commission has launched the 7th Framework Programme (FP7) in order to assist financially Research and Technological Development (RTD) activities. The socio-economic trends that may affect the business macro-environment of European companies are addressed through the Socio-economic Sciences and Humanities (SSH) theme under the FP7-Cooperation programme.
The Socio-economic Sciences and Humanities (SSH) theme comprises of eight activities further divided into research areas and topics. Project proposals (funding opportunities) have to refer directly to one of the subordinated topics. Below you can find a short description of the SSH thematic activities.
Each Activity is subdivided into Areas and each Area into Topics. If you are interested in more information about some research topics, please mark the respective topics and submit your contact data. Your local PLATON partner will contact you as soon as possible.
